Frequently asked questions
What are Infinite Roses®?
Infinite Roses® are real Ecuadorian roses, preserved at the peak of their bloom so they keep the look and soft feel of a fresh-cut rose without water. They are not artificial flowers. OnlyRoses has offered Infinite Roses® since 2010, in up to 30 colours.
How long do Infinite Roses® last?
Infinite Roses® are guaranteed to last at least one year indoors with proper care, and often last considerably longer. Longevity depends on the environment and handling, and a gradual softening of colour over time is natural.
How do I care for Infinite Roses®?
Do not water them. Keep the arrangement indoors in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity and air-conditioning drafts, and handle the petals gently. No other maintenance is needed.
What is the difference between Infinite Roses® and Classic Roses?
Classic Roses are fresh-cut roses that need water and come with a 5-day vase life guarantee. Infinite Roses® are real roses preserved to last at least one year without water. Each product page links to its counterpart in the other range.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Qatar?
Yes, same-day delivery is available in most cases, subject to availability and the cut-off shown at checkout. You choose the delivery date and time slot at checkout. Delivery within Doha is complimentary; delivery elsewhere in Qatar is QAR 150. You can also collect from our store at Doha Festival City Mall.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes. Add your message on the product page and we will write it in a handwritten card delivered with the gift: exactly what you want us to write, nothing more, nothing less.
Can I exchange an Infinite Roses® arrangement?
Yes. Within 7 days of purchase, an undamaged Infinite Roses® arrangement can be exchanged for a similar design in a different colour or configuration. Please bring the original receipt and packaging; any price difference is charged or credited.
