How to Shop with OnlyRoses
Shopping with OnlyRoses is secure, convenient and most of all easy. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:

Step One:
Find the product you would like to purchase and click it to view it's dedicated page. Select the quantity or size of the product you would like to purchase.

Step Two:
If you would like to add a personal message on the card of your purchase type this message into the box underneath "add a personal message".

Step Three:
Click the "Add to Bag" button to place the selected product in your shopping bag.  At any time during shopping you may review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the cart icon at the top of each page. You may change your mind, delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order at any time.

Step Four:
When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button found at the top of the page or click "View Cart" to amend your order.

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order will arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If you do not receive notification that your order has been completed please contact your nearest store or our dedicated customer services team for any required assistance.

If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Please ensure you have your "cart number" ready so we can identify your order.

View Cart
Click on the shopping bag icon to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

Deleting items from your shopping bag
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to View Cart and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criterion.

Temporarily Out of Stock Products
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, It will appear as "product is currently unavailable". As soon as this product is back in stock it will be available to order. Should you want to query further please do not hesitate to contact your nearest store.

Gift Wrap Service
All orders placed with OnlyRoses arrive beautifully wrapped in signature gift boxes and tied with OnlyRoses ribbon, at no cost to you.

Sales tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and all Canadian provinces and territories.
